A range war between the big ranchers and the nesters is instigated by Stevens. Tim Malloy is elected to head up the roundup but is unable to stop the war. He chooses to join the nesters and with them well organized, Stevens finds a Malloy look-alike and plans to use the decoy to trap the nesters. His plan is to wipe out the opposition.
